Ticino.com launches NordVPN bundles for Swiss subscribers
A Ticino-based ISP and MVNO operator turned to METAVSHN to add NordVPN as a value-added service across its broadband and mobile customer base.
The challenge
Ticinocom wanted to differentiate its broadband and mobile plans with a recognised security brand — without standing up a new billing stack, a new customer portal, or a new support workflow for it. Whatever they shipped had to slot into the existing subscriber lifecycle: order, provisioning, invoicing, dunning, and self-care.
The solution
Ticinocom runs the METAVSHN BSS, so the NordVPN connector was already in the platform. NordVPN became a product in the existing catalogue, available standalone or bundled with mobile and internet plans. Entitlements, licence provisioning, suspension and reactivation flow through the same orchestration the rest of the catalogue uses.
What METAVSHN did
- Wired the NordVPN connector to Ticinocom's product catalogue with correct pricing, tax and contract rules.
- Configured bundling logic so NordVPN attaches cleanly to mobile and internet plans without manual intervention.
- Surfaced licence status and renewal information in the existing customer self-care portal.
- Routed billing events into the existing invoicing and dunning cycles — no separate billing run.
- Co-launched with NordVPN: joint press release, PR work and all customer-facing marketing assets prepared with the Nord team.
- Less than two weeks from kickoff to the first customer activation.

Results
Ticinocom sells NordVPN today as part of its standard offering, with no parallel back office to maintain. The same model is now available to other METAVSHN customers and to operators on third-party BSS via the partner program.
