Manifesto

Why METAVSHN exists, what we believe about the coming years in telecom, and what we are building for.

Our name is our promise

METAVSHN is said METAVision. It stands for Most Efficient Tactics Available, plus vision.

An operator does not need more software. It needs the best move available at each moment, and a direction to keep making them. That is the job of the platform.

The best move available, every time.

Every knowledge worker will have an agent

In the coming months and years, the people in your company will each work with an agent: ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or whatever your IT approves.

They will ask it to find a customer, check a referral, prepare a plan change. The question is whether your systems can answer.

The interface is not the moat

An agent builds the dashboard you need on the spot, and discards it when you are done. Demos and dashboards stop being the product.

What it cannot build is the model underneath: how a customer, a contract, a product and an invoice relate, and what each process is allowed to change.

Data and processes decide. Screens follow.

We waited on purpose

We could have added a chatbot years ago. It would have been the wrong thing.

We spent that time on what an agent actually needs: one record per customer, products with their rules, processes that run the same way every time.

Experience, and a pioneer's heart

We have worked in telecom for more than 30 years, and we run our own ISP, Ticinocom, on METAVSHN.

We know where the old systems hurt, because we lived with them. And we still enjoy building what does not exist yet.

Built for people and the agents working for them

The platform stays the place where your team works. Next to it, the METAVSHN CLI gives your company's own agent a set of commands, and METAVSHN checks what it may access.

Your people stay responsible. Their agents do the legwork.

What comes next

Step by step, more of the platform becomes reachable for agents, with clear rules about who approved what.

The aim stays the same: be the platform an operator's people and agents can rely on, now and in the years ahead.

Build on what lasts: clean data, connected records, processes that run the same way every time.
