How It Works
Swisscom Broadband Connectivity Services (BBCS) is a wholesale layer 2 bitstream access product that enables ISPs and service providers to offer broadband internet services over Swisscom's extensive copper (VDSL/Vectoring) and fiber-optic (FTTH) infrastructure across Switzerland.
The METAVSHN BBCS service connector automates the full lifecycle of broadband line provisioning — from qualification and ordering through to activation, modification, and cancellation. It interfaces directly with the Swisscom BBCS API to handle bandwidth changes, line checks, and fault reporting in real time.
By integrating BBCS into METAVSHN, ISPs can offer residential and business broadband products without owning last-mile infrastructure, while retaining full control over pricing, branding, and customer experience through the METAVSHN platform.
