How it works

Pingen is a Swiss mail service that turns digital documents into printed, enveloped and posted letters. It handles every step from PDF upload to printing, folding, enveloping, franking and handover to the postal service, with full tracking and delivery confirmation.

The METAVSHN Pingen billing connector automatically sends invoices in paper form to customers who haven't enrolled in eBill or prefer physical mail. After each billing cycle, METAVSHN transmits invoice PDFs to Pingen's API, which prints and mails them via Swiss Post or international postal services to customers in supported countries.

Every customer gets the invoice through the channel they prefer, digital (eBill) or paper (Pingen), and METAVSHN sends each invoice to the right channel automatically.
