How It Works
Huawei iMaster NCE (Network Cloud Engine) is an intent-driven network management platform for optical access networks. It provides centralized management of OLTs, ONTs, and the entire GPON/XG-PON/XGS-PON infrastructure with AI-powered diagnostics and automated provisioning capabilities.
The METAVSHN Huawei iMaster NCE hardware connector enables automated ONT/CPE provisioning on XG-PON and XGS-PON networks. When a broadband order is placed in METAVSHN, the connector communicates with iMaster NCE to register the ONT, configure VLAN mappings, set bandwidth profiles, and activate the optical line — without manual intervention from network engineers.
This integration also supports ongoing lifecycle management including firmware updates, remote diagnostics, performance monitoring, and automated troubleshooting of optical line issues, all surfaced through the METAVSHN operator dashboard.
