Your agent, working inside your BSS

Questions your agent can answer
Taken from real support and billing investigations. The agent explains the result, the CLI returns the records.
- What service does this customer have?
- Customer, product and service context in one view.
- What roaming allowance applies?
- Policy records for the active mobile service. Missing units are reported, not guessed.
- Why is a referral discount missing?
- Relationship records and product eligibility. A saved relationship alone does not prove a discount applies.
- Why is a service missing from a report?
- Service identity, state and activity. Report logic may still need a separate look.
It says what it doesn't know
Asked why a referral discount is missing, the agent finds the referral relationship, then points to product eligibility as the next check. It does not claim the discount should apply just because the relationship exists.
For the people wiring it up
An agent can look up an operation before it runs it.
sh
$ metavshn search "service policies"$ metavshn describe services.policies- Search and describe work offline, without a request to your BSS.
- Data commands can return JSON.
- Command contracts list inputs, operation type and permission hints.
Access stays with METAVSHN
- Every request is checked
- METAVSHN checks access and validates data on each request. Permission hints in the CLI do not grant access.
- Changes need confirmation
- Deleting something or sending something out needs explicit confirmation. A dry run shows the request without sending it.
- Your choice of agent
- Works with any agent that can run commands. It is not tied to one AI provider.
- Your data policy applies
- Your agent may send returned data to its AI provider. Pick an agent and hosting setup that fits your company's data policy.
What you need
- Node.js 22.12 or newer
